A limit stops new work. It never takes old work away.

Reaching a limit only stops new additions. Nothing you already have is hidden, archived or deleted, and features that pause keep their setup for when they return.

Who counts as a member?

Anyone who joins the workspace as a member. Guests, people who submit intake forms, agents and API keys never count, and never add to the bill.

What does the free plan include?

Up to 2 members, 1 project and 100 active tasks, with 250 MB of storage. Owners, due dates, discussion and the full record are all there.

What happens when we reach a limit?

New additions stop until there is room or the plan changes. Nothing you already have is hidden, archived or deleted, and paused features keep their setup.

How is storage counted on the paid plan?

Each member adds 10 GB to a pool the whole workspace shares.

How long can deleted tasks be restored?

For 2 days on Free and 30 days on Paid.

How is the paid plan billed?

Per member, monthly or yearly, in USD, EUR, GBP. Payments are handled by Paddle.
